PHILADELPHIA FAMILY VOICES
We are family members who have personal experience raising a child with behavioral health challenges or autism. Utilizing our firsthand knowledge of navigating Philadelphia child-serving systems, we provide support to other families so they can become their child’s own best advocates. Are you the parent or caregiver of a child who is struggling? Philadelphia Family Voices Can Help! Because every child is wonderful and unique.
Who We Are
Philadelphia Family Voices supports families with children who are facing emotional, social, behavioral and mental health challenges and/or autism. Our Family Peer Support Specialists offer resources, provide advocacy, and help facilitate access to educational, behavioral health, autism, Juvenile Justice and other child welfare services in Philadelphia.
What We Do
Our staff support families with children who are facing emotional, social, behavioral, and mental health challenges and/or autism. We provide 1:1 guidance, both virtually and in-person, to help other families navigate children’s services in Philadelphia more effectively. All services are provided at no cost to Philadelphia residents. Let us help in every way we can.

Programs We Can Assist With
Behavior Therapy
Can help identify thought patterns and understand how those thoughts contribute to certain behaviors.
School Therapy
It can help improve self-esteem, less interruption in learning, strengthen the use of a child’s emotions, and increase self-awareness.
EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICES
Early intervention supports families with children, from birth to age five that may have disabilities.
BEHAVIOR HEALTH PROGRAMS
These programs promote knowledge and the skills necessary to manage emotional and behavioral issues.
PFV Has A new partnership
Philadelphia Family Voices is proud to announce our partnership with the Philadelphia Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP)!
Under the initiative, Philadelphia Family Voices will bring the parent voice to the advisory board and serve as a co-facilitator for family focus groups, joining with OJJDP and other stakeholders to develop evidence-based prevention and intervention services to prevent young people from entering the juvenile justice system.
